“A triumph of hearty home cooking.”
– Heidi Knapp Rinella, Las Vegas Review Journal July 2010

About UsConvinced they were separated at birth, Dining With brothers Dalton Wilson & Bryce Krausman set out on a culinary journey in early 2000. Joined by their quest for great food, they found themselves at the center of the art of cooking at Williams-Sonoma. Both were employed for several years before branching into business that would weave the branches together of what is now DW.

For Dalton Wilson, who learned to cook at an early age was inspired by his father, appropriately named Basil Wilson. The Jamaican-born family immigrated to the U.S. when Dalton was just 7 years old and placed their sites on the southwest. Growing up in the traditions of New Mexico, Dalton then honed his culinary skills with the heat of the red & green chilis that made this area of the country so well known. Embarking on his own and landing in Las Vegas, he quickly made his way into the catering world. What followed was personal chef stints and creative endeavors that lead Dalton to develop and master the recipes that now give DW Bistro the loyal following it has! Dalton loves his spare time with his Wheaten terrier Madison and continues his art of cooking when he's not at work. Collaborating with his best friend and brother-in-cuisine Bryce Krausman, the two are setting their sails to television and cookbooks that will push the DW brand into the forefront of mainstream food fans.

Bryce Krausman, on the other hand, decided to go into the public relations sector, in the area of show business on the Las Vegas Boulevard. Carving his name on the trees of production shows such as Blue Man Group and quietly working to fill theatre seats in various cities with his business, house seats, which he co-founded in late 2005, Bryce found his niche talking to people. He continues this gift everyday, some days he does not stop talking. When he's not talking, he's eating Dalton's creations. Where most people spent money on gas, electricity & bills, Bryce bought meals. Eating was a hobby for sure and continues to be while attending to restaurant openings and what made most of them successful, was what he observed. For Bryce, he knew his vehicle was business but the mode of transportation would be food.

As said, the destination is a larger media forum for these two and for this growing brand. Dalton and Bryce have enlisted those with a shared vision in both the kitchens of DW and the floor of the front of the house. And, in the sidelines, the Dining With brand is only just beginning.
